Keller's Redneck Eggwich

Cook one fresh, large egg over easy or over medium.  When you flip the egg over, sprinkle a liberal amount of redneck pepper on the egg, then melt a slice of pepper jack cheese on the egg.  Put the egg inside a buttered, toasted English muffin and serve sandwich-style.  Mmmm, doggie -- that's real good eating!  For more excitement, in addition to the Eggwich, make a side of grits and stir in a teaspoon of Redneck Pepper!  Now, you're talkin'!
